No Doubt I'm a Technology Related Store's WORST NIGHTMARE, However Collin R at the AT&T Store in Picayune was on his Game today. I went in Port my Numbers over from T-Mobile due to the fact that my Wireless Service went from Great with Sprint to Horrible with the New T-Mobile in MANY Rural Areas Specifically in Pearl River and Hancock Counties in Mississippi after a Dozen Phone Calls to Technical Support, I had to make the Switch to AT&T Wireless. Several questions I asked he was able to answer. Some he had to Really Look into to get the Answer but he was able to answer. The Main thing to Know is that IF you Bring a FACTORY UNLOCKED Smartphone Regardless if it's 4G or 5G, just keep in Mind that Wi-Fi Calling Might NOT WON'T WORK (Specifically Android Devices) Unless it was Bought Outright from an AT&T Store. So far EVERYTHING else will work because Unlike T-Mobile that has this feature built into the SIM Card, this is an AT&T Device Specific Feature. The Entire Sales Team was Unbelievably one of the BEST I've seen in a Very Long Time. Unfortunately due to Staff shortage in the Early Morning the wait time can be a while. Overall if you need a Device or need to move services from another wireless provider, the Local Picayune Mississippi Store is the way to go. Collin R in Specific was one of the BEST Wireless Consultants I've seen in a Very Long Time. Give them a Try and you'll see why. Also Don't Forget to See if your Employeer has an Employee Discount...
Read more11/12/22- Destiny Stokes was the most unprofessional, poor customer service having young lady. I arrived at the store about 5 min before closing nonetheless it was still business hours, it was dark so naturally I'm thinking ok she's in the store alone so she had the door locked, wrong she ran to lock the door, so I knocked and asked why did you lock the door when I drove up it's before 7 she said what do you need? Well hell I am at a phone store do you think I'm grocery shopping then I said that is poor customer service why would you lock the door when you see a customer arrive she said I have the option, so now we have the option to perform a job that we are getting paid for in an allotted time. Furthermore she was on her cell phone on speaker the whole time I was in the store not wanting to provide service. I understand you want to close up shop but at the expense of losing a customer and leaving a sour taste about the service for the company you are representing...That was not cool and she could careless because when I walked out she proceeded to talk on speaker on her cell phone. I guess At&t doesn't believe in customer service and I guess she wanted me to know than not getting my money will not put them out...
Read moreWent into store to replace otterbox case under warranty. According to AT&T website support, any accessories can be replace within 1 year of purchase with proof of purchase at ANY AT&T store. Showed this to staff. Staff told me that their company does not do warranty at their store. I was told that I would have to go to a corporate store to use the warranty. I was told by ALL 3 staff personnel that this was NOT an AT&T store. The sign says AT&T, the Google maps says AT&T, they answer the phone "AT&T of Picayune", the only thing they sell in the store is AT&T service and phones. I was told I would have to drive to Slidell, LA. To a corporate store to be able to exchange the case. If it walks like a duck, it looks like a duck, and it sounds like a duck, then it must be a duck! Not in this case. They will be more than happy to sell you anything in their store, but will send you to other places instead of helping you themselves. I will not recommend this...
