Items arrived quickly, and the products and selection are great.

Packaging is a failure. He ships large items like 16" diameter signs using 8" flattened boxes with taped edges. The taped edges mean the outside edge of the round signs are unprotected and easily damaged in transit. Damaged hardboard is not usable in an exterior sign. It should be obvious that a 16" item needs a box larger than 16" to prevent damage.

This poor packaging is disappointing - the shipping charge is inflated, as he charges a flat rate but pays for calculated. My package was charged 17.99 for shipping at checkout. When I received the item, I ran the shipping label through a postage calculator - it should have cost 10.40 at most. So, that's a 7.50 charge for poor packaging.

The same item, bought from Uncle Jack's on eBay instead of through his online store, is 11.99+9.35 shipping vs 12.75+17.99 shipping.

When my box was opened and I discovered and reported the damage, he said it should have been reported within five days and I was out of luck (two weeks if by eBay). Too bad this is such a niche market that I couldn't buy a...

My hex sign was lost during the Pandemic but I did not buy the insured service. I called Uncle Jack and he could not be nicer about this whole thing. He told me that he upgraded my shipping to insured at no extra charge. He checked and it was missing too long so he returned all my money. The sign never did showed up,. I ordered a new sign and it came in 2 days. The sign was beautiful and perfect.

Paid for 3 day shipping (cost was half as much as the products) and didn't receive items for 10 days. Requested a partial refund for the shipping and sent 2 email requests but owner will not respond. Signs eventually arrived and they look great but we would have like to have known that they needed to have a UV coating put on them if they were going to be outside in the elements. Signs are very nice but their customer service stinks. I will not buy from them again now will I recommend...
