I work 2 jobs and came here for sandwiches before my second job. Both sandwiches were made incorrectly. I ordered an Italian with tomatoes and lettuce and a chicken salad with bacon and lettuce. I received two Italian sandwiches…. No tomatoes, and obviously no chicken salad, just another Italian. My dinner was ruined! I came in to speak to the manager on duty and explained the situation. She said what do you want me to do about it? I said I would like to at least get my chicken salad sandwich remade! I showed her the receipt. She said bring back the sandwich.. really? I threw it away. This was the second trip I made to this store, and she wants me to dig a half eaten sandwich out the trash! Believe me I’m not making multiple trips to Wawa to get a free 6.00 sandwich from you! I even pointed out the guy who made the sandwich’s wrong!!! And had a receipt! She said she’s not making me a new sandwich till I brought back the half eaten sandwich! She looked like she wanted to fight over this! Allison was her name! And worse customer service i ever experienced in my life!!! I work retail! And you’re team messed my whole dinner up and you want me to make a third trip with a half eaten sandwich to make it right?! Read moreOrdered online pick up. I drove to the store at pick up time. The app says to pick up your mobile pick up at the mobile pick up stand. I patiently waited at the stand for 15 minutes after my pick up time. No worker bothered to ask why this guy is standing at the mobile pick up stand. So I finally went up to the counter to ask when it would be ready. They tell me they keep that at the front with the cashier so no one can take them. Do they put a sign on their mobile pick up stand indicating this? Of course not. You're supposed to read their minds that the instructions in the app are wrong. Why even have a pick up stand if it's not going to be used AND the app has instructions telling you to use it. Not one person in your store has thought this might be an issue to have this completely at odds with instructions?

Read moreFood is very expensive. The pizza is disgusting and had very little ingredients. Just seems that they are skimping on topings. Poor Quality and Not Served Properly. They gave me an open container and claimed that the law prohibited them from placing food securely in a bag like other food establishment do to keep sanitary. The same person handling the food is handling cash without washing their hands. Alot of cross contamination. Security is an issue as well. A lot of loitering and neighbors frequently call police. When you ask to speak to a manager there is never anyone on duty. This location needs to be shut down by the health department. This location along with the Kirkwood Hwy location attracts drug sales and solicitation at night.
