1st to Roger who commented before me the gen Tso chicken has always been spicy unless you ask for not spicy, I should know I used to order it so much they knew my name n face and stopped asking after a year. Great staff, great delivery, great service but as Roger said the quality has gone down. Last time I had it (a few months ago) the chicken was over cooked and just tasted a bit off unfortunately (I had plenty of broccoli in mine which I found as a strange complaint from you because most people I've ever met usually want more meat from a meal). The pork fried rice I ordered had plenty of pork just the smaller cubes like they have for years. Ordered Door Dash From Great Wall last night. About 10 minutes after I placed order door dash went down and was down for hour and a half. Prior to Door Dash going down dasher was not assigned to pick up order. When Door Dash came back up dasher was assigned to order went to store and had to wait for order. When order was delivered it was hot and fresh. The Dasher apologized for the wait he said he had to wait for Great Wall to remake the order. We have been going to Great Wall for many years as it is our local Chinese restaurant. This week officially marked the last time we will ever order from them again. Over the past few months the food has been getting a bit worse and less meat has been given each order. The straw that broke the camels back was this week when our order of chicken had more visible cooking oil in the package than it did sauce. Absolutely inexcusable and when we called to let them know we were hung up on. We called back only to hear that they were “sorry” no offer to remake it or anything.
