Worst customer service I've ever experienced in a cell phone store. Spent over an hour setting up a preorder for an S10e. Associate answered all of my questions to my satisfaction, yet when I arrived to pick up my phone, I found out everything I was told turned out to be false. With the order already put through and the phone now being released, the time frame to be eligible for the promotion I expected to receive had expired. Also was not able to add on to my downpayment upon picking up the phone as I was told (and cannot add balloon payments at all), so now I'm saddled with a higher monthly payment than I wanted and agreed to. When I asked the store manager what could be done, she merely offered to talk to the associate that took my preorder. I should be excited right now, playing with and discovering the features of my new phone... instead the first thing I'm doing with it is leaving this review. They made their sale, and showed zero interest in actually correcting the issues caused by their employee. I was really looking forward to picking up this phone, and Russell Wireless turned it into a very bitter experience. Of course they offered to take the phone back as a return...but I would have to wait for a refund in the mail and subject to a restocking fee. They could have comped an accessory or something to at least show that they cared about their customer leaving somewhat satisfied, but they did not. I would avoid...
Read moreOnly reason this is 2 and not a 1 is because of Jake. Terrible experience, wasted 2 hours of my time trying to get a new phone activated. I had to go because my kids (coaching 2 8u teams) are more important than a phone. I left with old phone that is inactive (so I have no phone) meanwhile I manage a dairy farm and started a business, my time is extremely valuable to me and very limited. This is a set back that I will get through, however if the management of this establishment continues to operate this way it won't be there. I am at my last straw with Verizon as a whole, and completely done with Russell Wireless and will be moving my business to Stanton Verizon may be a further drive, but less time.... Thank You Jake keep up...

The manager sold him liquid glass screen protector telling him that it came with a warranty. The manager then further broke the screen when working with the otterbox. He told my husband to file a claim with instaprotek. The warranty for the liquid screen does not cover iPads--only phones. So, now we have an iPad with a broken screen and are out almost $60 for the cost of the Instaprotek product. We were later told that according to Verizon policies the manager shouldn't have...
