Culver’s — Restaurant in Pine River Township

Went for the first time about a week after they opened. Somehow we didnt even have to wait 5 mins for food, it was awesome! Got 2 fish dinners and a side of cheese curds. They forgot my curds. Had to brave back thru the parking lot (which is the absolute dumbest thought concept ive Ever seen!!) Made it in, they knew they forgot bc they were sitting on the counter like what do we do with these now?! Get back to the car and try one, omg cold and hard. Freekin gross! Not to mention my fish was swimming in grease in my tray. Undercooked. Couldnt even pick it up without it flopping over and breaking apart. And the batter is 100% bland and flavorless. Just tastes like someone dipped fish in flour and water and fried it. Soo disappointing. Fast forward a few months to last night. Mistakenly decided to give them another try. Hasnt improved. Food still soggy and drowning in grease. Actually spent the rest of the evening running to the bathroom. Not a good experience. Maybe the burgers r better, idk, but im really not willing to try. Sorry culvers, if im spending that kind of money on fast food, i want a 5 star experience. We will absolutely Not...

If I could give 0 stars I would, I went on 2 different days and my order was screwed up the first time & cold. the second time I went was last night and we waited for 30ish minutes for cold Onion rings and cold Cheese curds. There was 1 car ahead of us when we pulled in to order, we were asked to pull ahead and then watched at least 8 more people pull in throughout the time we were waiting. All of them got their food before we did. Finally we got tired of waiting and walked up to the door, we then were brought our food within 5 minutes and told the employees gave us the wrong number and that’s why our order wasn’t brought out. Whose fault is that? Not mine! I could understand having to wait that long if they were busy when we got there but they weren’t and I know they are still training people but seriously this is 2 times in a row of having a bad experience with this new Alma. Mt.Pleasant is 20 minutes away and I will be going there from now, at least their wait times are reasonable, food is hot and my order doesn’t...

they have to be stoned and high, because i ordered a vanilla mixer with a bunch of add ons. got a chocolate shake instead. Ordered a culvers deluxe with a basket, got no fries with it. Food was cold and milk shake melting. there was only 3 cars in the drive through. the fast food industry is not hard to be an expert at, worked it for 3 years. but this is what happens when a bunch of young people work at a place, they mess around and don't care about the job they signed up for. lately this culvers has been doing terrible. before they were doing great. so idk whats going on but yall need to figure...
