Taco Bell — Restaurant in Pine River Township

Honestly I hate this location, and it sucks because I love Taco Bell. As someone who works in the fast food industry I can’t stand how their employees treat customers. You order your food, typically on the kiosk (which I do prefer) but there is never anyone who’s even remotely attentive to their dine-in/ carry out customers. You aren’t greeted when you come into the lobby, you’ll stand there for 3 minutes before you can even get the attention of someone to grab you your drink cup. Half the time they aren’t even aware of what drink you’ve even gotten (ie; freeze flavor, cup size, etc), like I know my order is back there somewhere 😭😂. Tonight the girl who handed me my order literally tossed it down on the counter before walking away. Get home and look at my chips and only found crumbs. A time prior to this I waited 20+ minutes for my order and as they were a bit busy I was very patient. As I said I work in the food service industry I get it, I don’t like to be that customer. Finally I go up to the counter to check on my order only to find that it wasn’t even started. The grill crew started bickering about the order not being started. And I wasn’t even issues an apology for the delay. The store is always a mess. Trash overflowing in lobby, food all over the floor behind the counter. If I could give a negative star I'd give 100s, I HIGHLY recommend using your money for the gas to drive to the ithaca location. This store needs to be shut down a completely new start over on employees and management. Placed my order on there kiosk 3 items all modifications an not one of them was right and there was HAIR IN MY FOOD so I went back to see if they could fix it instead they all stood there staring at me not one person came to the counter no one was on lime or in drive thru everyone was outside smoking one girl even came inside made a comment about the customers not being helped the retreated to the office an still no one greeted me for 10minutes! I go to the drive thru an jus reorder my order an pay again bc I'm running late for work so I'm trying to hurry an they once again made my food wrong...2 orders completely wrong paid for both so now I'm super upset an go back inside an tell them I want money refunded they tell me they can't remake either order but can refund it (I used to work at a taco bell as GM for 4 years an that's not the policy but ok) so I get my refund after 25 minutes an they didn't want to give me the corporate number. They didn't come out of the office the entire time thru this whole thing they yelled from the office chair back an forth highly unprofessional. I am a door dasher and I also get food from here for myself. EVERYTIME I come in or go through the drive through all the employees are rude. Not to mention when I’m door dashing I get no help, no communication on when the order is gonna be done, I just get ignored completely. This is not customer service I am still teaching a customer no matter if I’m delivering food or buying food for myself. There has only been 2 times in the total time of me being a door dash driver where someone asked if I had a door dash and I’ve been doing it for 6 months now. I don’t know who the manager is but they need to make a better team. I don’t typically leave reviews like this but it’s beyond ridiculous and UNPROFESSIONAL. Not to mention the guy covered in tattoo and that has glasses on who works almost every night is the rudest of all. This store is by far the worst and has no customer service at all. One time I stood there for 15 minutes without an employee greet me, ask me if I needed anything, or what I was waiting on NOTHING. I’ve been a manager at multiple diffrent restaurants & fast food and this is definitely not how a store should be ran.
