If I could give 1/2 a star I would. We came in on Saturday February 18, 2023 around 7 pm, the girl that waited on us must need her hearing checked. I had to repeat what we wanted 4 times and practically shout it at her. She almost put the wrong meat on our subs, I asked for 3 subs toasted and one not. She almost didn't toast any of them until I reminded her. My husband ordered a footlong and she started making him a 6 inch. Then she put the completely wrong thing on his sub. By this point we were so irritated we didn't even bother complaining to her. The staff acted like we were inconveniencing them and were very rude. She then got upset with me because I didn’t know kids meals were limited. I asked if could pay the difference and she was very frustrated and said there was no way she could so I asked to do six inch subs. She then THREW the two pieces of bread into the trash. Keep in mind, I was the only customer there being waited on also. I think people working in customer service should keep in mind that they are providing a service that customers are paying for, and your role is to pleasant and give a nice experience. If one can’t give that, then they shouldn’t be working in customer service. Our society has a major issue today with people getting sorry for themselves and taking it out on everyone else.
