BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Alma

I love biggbys vibes and coffee. And so I decided to apply there back in May. I put in my information and decided to call the store a few weeks later since no one had responded and I didn't know if they were even hiring. The first time I called a woman answered the phone. I asked if they were hiring, she said she didn't know and that she can give the manager my number so that she calls me back. She never called me back. It is now August. For 4 months I would check in every so often and it would be the same cycle. I call, young girl answers and she's not the manager or someone higher up, she tells me she either doesn't know if they are hiring or they are going through a hiring/firing process she knows not much about, then I get promised that my number will go to the manager and I never get a call back. I just want the extra 2 bucks an hour man, why should it take 4 months for an interview? And I really liked this business too. Very...

I’m a regular customer at this Biggby location, but unfortunately, my last two visits have been very disappointing.

The first issue was an extremely rude barista at the drive-thru window. I left feeling genuinely upset—something I’ve never experienced at any Biggby location including Alma.

Then, during my most recent visit today, multiple drinks in our order were incorrect. Most notably, I ordered a large mocktail but was given a medium. When I pointed it out, the drink was taken back, and within seconds I was handed a large cup that was clearly just filled with extra ice to make up the difference.

To make matters worse, the barista at the window was once again rude and did not uphold the friendly, welcoming service I’ve come to expect from Biggby.

I love this brand and usually look forward to my visits, but these recent experiences have made me rethink coming to this location. I hope this feedback helps improve service...

The girls who were working today were RUDE and rather lazy. I was passing through, heading to the airport so I called 20 mins ahead of time to put in an order so I could just pick it up and be on my rout. The one gal hadn’t even started our food when we showed up exactly at the time I told them I would. The other girl at the front counter huffed and puffed when I asked for a regular redbull because there wasn’t any in the cooler in the lobby. I did NOT tip because of my experience there. And as I was leaving, another girl yelled “YOURE WELCOME” very rudely as the door closed behind me. I am a first time visitor to Michigan and I’ll certainly come back, but NOT to the Alma Bigby coffee.
