Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Pine River Township

Worst Tim Horton's experience I've had yet. Only reason this isn't rated a 1 star is because everyone needs a lower quality standard with the epidemic going on, but after ordering a simple banana and strawberry smoothie with a three pack of bagel bites, the smoothie was very poorly blended as I can see yogurt floating around very unevenly and the bagel bites were so cold and stale I just gave them to my dog. The only upside about the order is that it was fast, five minutes in the driveway before I was on the road, but therein may be the issue. I'd rather pay $5 for a good treat that takes 10 minutes to make than pay $5 for literal dog food. Not coming back to this particular...

Horrible experience. Ordered a number 12 ( hence value system is suppose to make this easier), they gave me a sandwich and walked away. When they noticed i was still standing there, they realized the cashier (who clearly needed training) only charged me for the sandwich. Instead of making it right, they insisted on charging me for the hash browns and coffee. I insisted on a refund. I received eye rolls and a distressful candor that will keep me from ever choosing Tim Hortons again. Great job! Short of a zombie apocalypse, don't patron this organization unless your looking for a drive thru version of Dick's...

I genuinely do not understand how anyone could give this place above one star. They never have anything available. They are either out of cups, out of one or many types of food, can’t make espresso drinks, etc. I have been here many times and I don’t think they have ever actually had what I wanted. Ever. I don’t even understand how they are in business when they clearly don’t want to spend the time to make things people actually want to buy. What is the strategy here? Because it seems like they purposefully never have enough of anything. It’s so lazy. This is the worst location I’ve ever...
