If I could leave zero or negative stars, I would the owner as a joke. He sells bad products if something works in the store and you leave the store he will not exchange or refund the item. He treats his employees like trash offers them a vape in return for compensation I purchased a vape from there. It worked when I hit it in the store as soon as I got home, it stopped working. I brought it back. He said as he threw it on the floor multiple times that he would not exchange or refund the item. It was buzzing as if it was going to catch on fire or explode. I explained it to him so he proceeded to continue to throw it on the grounds and tell me that he will not do either of the items that I requested then tells me he’ll give me half off of the next vape that I buy I have gone to multiple vape companies and every single one exchanges for a brand new one no cost never have I ever had an issue with that especially when it is detrimental to my life K catching on fire or electrocuting me I want to report him to the BBB I recommend going to the smoke shop off of 49th and Park Boulevard by the McDonald’s, they treat their customers fantastic give them free samples and have the same exact pricing as him on cigarettes and on vapes this guy is just trying to nickel and dime everything because he can and he’s a new shop owner don’t go there. Please just run try to find somewhere else that’s going to be reliable and actually be good to their customer Not treat them like crud. We’re the ones keeping your business afloat hopefully people will stop coming here, although I don’t see it happening fast enough, but I will be spreading the word and a lot of the people that have been coming. i was excited when this place opened. early hours, good prices, solid selection. the owner is soooo annoying though and lowkey creeps me out. i think he is ai. i just wanna buy my shit and go, not have a 10 minute conversation everytime. and some people may love this! but ya boy need to learn how to take a hint and shut his trap most of the time. even though i live close by ive started going across town to tubular tokes instead. it’s not worth draining my whole social battery every time i need a drink or a vape.
