A Good Quick-Service Restaurant when You Absolutely Need Mediterranean Food Now. My family and I were in a pinch—we had a fun day at the beach, lots of activities, and lost track of time. We had a couple of kids who were tired and hungry. We saw this restaurant had great reviews on Yelp and Google and we are suckers for Mediterranean food. I ordered the Gyro Plat ($10), which came with everything you need to build a fantastic gyro—perfectly seasoned and cooked beef/lamb mix which was vertically broiled, had a great char, and topped with chopped red onions, a lettuce, tomato, olive salad, yogurt sauce, and a side of rice and pitas. The portions were filling and, again, the beef/lamb was so delicious. My wife ordered the Veggie Platter ($$7.50), which came with tabbouleh salad, hummus, three felafels, babaganoush or three grape leaves, and a side of pita. She loved every item on that platter and even licked it clean… just kidding—kinda. Our kids split the Grilled Chicken Kebab (Tawok) ($11), which were tender cubes of marinated chicken with lemon, fresh garlic, and other spices; it also came with a choice of two sides and they got the hummus and fries (go figure); it also came with a side of pita. They gobbled everything up and were now tired and full, but happy. This is a small restaurant and they deserve patrons. The person who served us, was the host, server, cook, and cashier—and did an amazing job at all four. We are not from the Clearwater, Florida area, but when we come back, we will visit Cedar Grill again.

really not good to be honest wouldnt recommend. i went around 5 pm and you can tell they were using old ingredients from earlier in the day. i got he falafel sandwich and it did not taste fresh. falafel is fried and i could taste a bitterness from old oil. the falafel did not even taste fresh either. and they want to charge for extra tahini that taste bland claiming it is expensive, wow first time i have been refused an extra side of tahini wanted 3$ yes US for a side of tahini, dont know anyone who eats a side of tahini. the grape leaves taste like cajun seasoning, took me a while to figure out what the spice flavoring was but then i was like this taste cajun what the heck lol. the fries tasted like mcdonalds fries, is the owners son working part time at mcdonalds and sneaking boxes of frozen fries out the back and bringing them to the restraunt. overall it tasted greasy and not fresh. look i open the sandwich and it looks gross not like something that u would put in ur body, it looks like something that would come out of someones behind. after eating some i will be honest it did not make me sick but i felt shameful for consuming it and it did not settle well in my stomach. it didnt make me feel good like a good meal should. it made me feel bad and depressed about life. what a shame. wont be going back.

On a Saturday Noon, while I was out for the day, I passed by Cedar Grill & because of My Cravings for Greek Delicacies I popped into the Eatery. Its a Small Greek Style Eatery which, at first glance, hard to believe, would serve great food, I made an order. To my surprise, Most of the items I ordered were Delicious, Be it Falafel Wrap, Salad, or Baba Ghanoush except for one thing Called -Dolmathakia. In fact, I had to Google this particular dish before eating it. The reason it didn’t taste good was probably because it was frozen & was simply served to us with the Veggie Platter. There was only one person in the entire restaurant, doing all the work, From taking orders to Cooking the food & serving it finally. #GreekFood #MiddleEastern

We bought the Entertainment coupon book recently. It includes two great coupons for this restaurant, one for 25% off your total bill if you spend over $20, and one for a little less. I love Middle Eastern food, and I'd been meaning to stop here because we see it after we leave the gym. They have about 10 tables here and they do offer takeout. I think I saw a sign for grubhub on the door. I prefer vegetarian food, so I stuck with that. The first time I had the falafel wrap. I think it came with lettuce, tomatoes, that white sauce, and pickles(pickles?). The falafel itself was hot and fresh. I'd get it again without the pickles. I went back a second time and got the full veggie dinner platter. It came with 3 falafel, hummus and 3 pitas, and a 1/3 plateful of that parsley based salad that I can never spell. It was all excellent. After the meal, I tried to have a few words with the owner/cashier/waiter/cook/table busser/phone order taker/chief bottle washer guy. As you might have guessed with 4 other tables to wait on, he didn't have time to chat. I asked why with the good food, good prices and good foot traffic he didn't hire someone else. He says he couldn't find anyone to fill a position. What a shame. Perhaps with more visitors he could offer a higher salary. Please visit and help this place...
