Wawa — Restaurant in Florida

The food is about as good as you can expect from a gas station; thrown together with no real care. Despite the often unappealing look, the flavors are present and enjoyable. If you're looking for hot food late at night, expect long wait times and missing ingredients/items. This is due to the incredible quantity of delivery orders that 2 or 3 staff members are tasked with completing, resulting in in-person customers becoming aggravated. The unorganized approach this wawa takes toward handling both types of orders causes incredible confusion amongst customers and delivery drivers alike. The pumps are working most of the time, and usually do not spill like most other stations. There is good maintenance being done to keep the abused pumps looking presentable and functioning. Daytime operations are bustling and flow smoothly, but it all falls apart at night as the staff count seemingly decreases. No ⭐ s for your cashier, she's short & young and I think her name is Rebecca. Very nasty attitude, loud & disrespectful. U can tell she doesn't have any home training or customer service skills. If this is the representation of this location u should change the name & call it "Rebecca's Southside Corner store" because that's the image she's projecting . Pretty soon this location is going to be just like 62nd & 19n with gun violence, transit ppl in the parking lot & a security guard. Just because the sheriff is around is a false sense of hope. Their around 62nd & 2 different shooting happened there.This is a convenient store not a trailer park. I used to work at Wawa so I am aware how the store is supposed to be ran.. that being said I have come to this Wawa in particular many of times and every single time my sandwich order either comes out wrong or takes at least 15 or more minutes. The people in beverage are usually pretty quick with it unless you're coming at any time after 3:00.. and I'm trying to say this as respectfully as I can, but everybody in this store seems like they are either high or so bored and over it that they have no energy to put into anything. I usually love going to Wawa, I have an immense amount of respect for the company and it's foundation and I do not believe that this store is a proper representation of what Wawa's should be like..
