MAC Cosmetics - Belk — Local services in Pineville

I have been a MAC customer well over 10 years....can't believe this was the 1st time I made a visit to the Carolina Mall Mac counter...I guess I don't frequent that mall alot....but my 1st time experience was AMAZING and well above great customer service expectations...I met a young lady name Tamara....she was so helpful and patient with me...and the most amazing things ...she had my face photo shoot ready...I think I've found my new MAC counter even if it is a little further to drive....Thank...

Waited 15 min to smell and purchase Candy Yum Yum and there was NO ONE available to help me. Went to my car to chat to ask MAC if they could possibly send me a sample due to my poor experience at this location and my really wanting to smell the fragrance and purchase based on my friend’s recommendation and they refused. Sadly I will not shop with Belk or MAC again. There is a company out there that values...

There are better places to lookout for cosmetics, they are not so consistent with their product recommendations, been there twice and they have recommended two different makeup...
