My husband purchased me another wedding band on 12/17/2021. Today is 3/5/22 and we are here for the 3rd time to replace a diamond that has came out on the side. At purchase he had the ring sized and asked for a size 7.5, when he gave me the ring it was loose fitting so I checked the sizing only to learn they sized it up to a size 8 after he paid extra for sizing also but I kept it because I loved it. Well today when I mentioned this is the 3rd time since December that we have had to have the ring sent off and the size was not what was requested I was told that I would have to pay for the correct size and they would replace ANOTHER missing diamond but they would not exchange it for another ring although they had the exact same ring there. I have done business here for years but this is definitely the last time. I shouldn’t have came back after they put a smaller diamond in my husbands charm when they had to replace one of his diamonds. I recently had the unfortunate experience of having my diamond repaired at Diamond by David, and I must say, I am thoroughly disappointed. The craftsmanship on the repair was subpar, to say the least. Not only did they fail to fix the issue properly, but the quality of workmanship was so poor that it was evident upon first glance.
Additionally, the repair cost was far exceeded what the repair was actually worth. It felt like I was being taken advantage of, with the company charging unreasonable prices for substandard service.
Overall, my experience with Diamond by David was incredibly disappointing. I would use caution when entrusting them with your precious gems for repairs, as they seem more focused on making a profit than delivering quality...

So 3 stars for that BUT the customer service (in my experience) was whack! Especially compared to the customer service at Reeds across the way.
