We had my daughter’s 3rd birthday at OTT. I’m not sure where to begin with how spectacular the experience was. From the inquiry and getting a date/time set to saying goodbye and leaving the party, there was not one bad thing.

Booking was so easy, we booked 6 months out so I had a lot to work. In the 6 months, our daughter’s favorite princess changed a bit but Courtney was amazing at letting us change with ample time to ensure she had that princess available.

Setup was a breeze! The space is already so wonderfully decorated we opted to not have anything extra or bring anything to take away from it. The party helpers were truly amazing and made sure parents got to join in the fun by taking care of host duties.

The princesses were there from start to end which blew me away. I didn’t think they’d be there that long. We had food delivered about 45 mins into the party, which allowed it to cool while the girls wrapped up their craft.

The tea party was so cute, games had the kids so excited. My son (big bro) loved the snowball fight.

I didn’t have to cleanup and we all went home, opened gifts and were pleasantly tired.

We had my daughter’s 4th birthday party here and everything was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in Courtney and her staff were attentive and ready to go. I’m type A and am used to setting up everything myself for a party, but they are pros. Everything was exactly the way we wanted it and all I had to do was point where I wanted things. Then during the actual party they kept the kids busy. From makeovers, tattoos, party games, dancing, painting, tea parties, and food. They did it all. Even refilling the kids’ plates when they wanted more. The princesses and staff were so great with the kids. They were friendly, patient, silly, and had everyone engaged the whole party. I can’t express enough how happy we were to have our party here! You can’t go wrong. The attention to detail is phenomenal! We had 3 separate moms grab a pamphlet on the way out for their own daughter’s birthday, they were all so impressed. We just had my son’s Spidey and Friends birthday party here and I can’t say enough about how amazing the experience was! From the moment we walked in, everything was already set up to perfectly match the theme—every detail was thought of and it looked incredible.

The characters were fantastic—not only did they look the part, but they stayed completely in character and were so interactive and engaging with the kids. You could see the joy on the children’s faces the entire time.

What really stood out was the owner. They were completely hands-on, making sure everything ran smoothly so that I was able to just sit back, relax, and actually enjoy the party with my son instead of worrying about the details.
