I don't understand how they have such high ratings. I took an ipad for a screen replacement. They replaced the screen but said the button doesn't work, told to come back the next day. Brought it the next day and returned in two hours for them to say they don't have the button, and to return the next day. Returned for the 3rd time, the button was replaced. I got home and realized the touch ID does not work. Called and they said the touch ID was damaged and only Apple can fix it. He said this is not something they know until they fix the screen. So they had me return two times for a button and never told me about the touch ID until I called them. He claimed the technician would have told me. Run back the 10 cameras you have in your store and you'll know you didn't. Very unethical.

While I was waiting I overheard someone call in and say they were given the wrong switch, wrong serial number and they can't sign into it. Clearly they've got issues beyond just iPads.

My first trip I was quoted $140. They gave me $20 off for having to come back and charged me $80. So you tried to grossly over charge me from the start. I will never return and will make sure everyone I know in town doesn't frequent your business. You were better off replacing the screen and being honest about the button. Very deceptive.

I went down in late May to get my playstation 5 fixed, it had problems turning off radomly , had to wait over a week for the repairs due to not in house repairs , not a problem . the problem now is that 4 months later it's doing the same. wasn't a good fix for the 150$ I spent and once I got the ps5 back from repairs it was not white no more. grease and scratches everywhere . update..I took it back to them. they kept it a week, saying that it was probably something else. even tho it's the same issue, I just got it back and was told the playstation was dirty and that they cleaned it ..which was a lie. I took the playstation apart once I got home and there was indication that they even opened it. it was dirty inside yes but did they clean it. no. even tho he told me they did. and if the playstation comes back he would have to charge me for repairs ... beware of...

A friend who works at T Mobile recommended me to go to this place and it was the best decision. I dropped my phone at work and the bottoms right corner of the screen looks like ink just burst inside the screen and part of it turned green. I took my phone to the Cell Phone Repair shop right next to Country Waffles off of alone Tree Way. they said they tried 4 different ways of trying to repair the screen and couldn’t get it and charged a little bit more. So I took my friends advice to come to here. Told the guy what’s going on with my phone and he said he can fix it in about an hour. He gotten it fix less than an hour! I was very pleased that I don’t have to get another IPhone X. It feels just like a brand new phone again! And less expensive than any other cell phone...
