I originally went to Sportsman’s Warehouse to get my AR-12 zeroed. Before making the trip, I called the day before to confirm that someone would be available to assist me. They assured me there would be help available after 1 PM. However, after driving all the way from Pittsburg to Brentwood, I arrived only to be told that no one was available to help me, despite the fact that I had purchased a one-year service plan specifically to cover tasks like cleanings and zeroing my rifle. The lack of support left me extremely disappointed.

That’s when I decided to call Turner's Outdoorsman—and they truly came through. Despite being busy and not having me as a prior customer, they immediately accommodated my needs. They zeroed my rifle as soon as possible, provided excellent service, and treated me with kindness and professionalism throughout the entire experience.

I’ve been to most gun stores in the area area, and this one is new and really stands tall. I went in, looking for a new German made HK firearm for my CCW. I was assisted by Philip, and he was very knowledgeable. The item I wanted was not available, but he was able to call another store and locate it and have it brought to the Pittsburg Store. Not only was he able to have it special ordered, but I was given a small discount for public safety service. These are good guys and they are running a good business. I will no longer be going to Sportsmans warehouse, which is literally a circus. These guys are going to get my business from now on. The assistant store manager “Tim” was also extremely helpful with the purchase process. My only wish is that this was in a better area. Always seem to be a long wait, but the customer service is great once you get help I would like to see a little more urgency from the staff because sometimes people have other things to do I went straight after work. There was two people in the store me and this other guy it was at least 4 to 5 workers. Working When I got to the counter it was three people behind the counter and the guy who was waiting to be help along with me. He finally got his help. I sat around for another 30 minutes or more before I got help, I can’t say they wasn’t busy doing other things but what point do a customer take priority I had to ask someone to help me because I had another engagement and the guy just stopped doing what he was doing and came and help me and I appreciate that I give this rating because of the customer service and the large supply...
