After their latest screw up with my order, I can't recommend this store. I ordered an entire household's worth of doors. A day after I paid for the order, the store called me and told me I owe more than I was originally quoted. I understand that people make mistakes so I figured I wouldn't argue and just pay for their price mistake.
The order arrived in October, two weeks after I ordered them. Upon pickup, one of the doors was damaged. The manager said they'll replace it and to leave it with the store. It took five months (February) to get my last door. I had to call weekly, call the cooperate office, and even call the door supplier. No one wanted to take responsibility for the whole ordeal. I would talk to an employee, they would tell me someone would call me back, and no one ever did. I don't think I've ever had to call a place of business as many times as I did this store. Everyone wanted to blame someone else. Even when they finally got the door in and I picked it up, it was met with rudeness and frustration from the staff as if it was all my fault. Not even an apology from the store.
I waited 5 months for my order.

Read moreEveryone was very nice and friendly, not what I expected in Lawrenceville but I wanted to leave a review specifically because of John. John's service this evening (5/9) was exceptional. I was initially told they didn't have the lumber I was looking for but when I got to looking for myself, John approached to ask how he could help. He affirmed they did have what I wanted and escorted me to the yard to locate it. We had a tough go because it was a bit hidden but John didn't give up knowing it was there and sure enough, he found it. John even loaded up my truck which was so nice. I only wish I had some cash to give him a tip.

Read moreI came to the store to buy flowers for my girl friend and I noticed an employee getting yelled at and when that employee told the general manager they weren't made aware ahead of time the general manager stated it didn't matter and the situation seemed pretty aggressive against that employee. Is this how they talked to their employees??? This employee didn't deserve that. If I was talked to like that i would probably never come back because this kind of service is not something to be proud of.
I have shopped here for about a year and the employee in question had always been nice to me and I dont believe he deserved to be brought down like he was. It was unprofessional and looked half baked at best. Do better...
