I have been going to Hippie and French for a while now and I have always had a very pleasant experience. I have even brought some of my friends with me to show them how cool the vibe is there. Recently due to the Covid 19, they have been taking orders over the phone. I placed an order for AC/DC (which is absolutely amazing by the way and is my new favorite sativa) and paid for it via an emailed invoice that Lindsay sent to me. She said she would ship it to me so that I didn't have to pick it up! This was Wednesday April 16. Nothing over the weekend. Come Monday, still nothing. So Tuesday I emailed her checking in on the order. No response. The next day, I called. An associate in the store took my info and called Lindsay. She then called me back to let me know that she was in for the night and would call me the next day. The next day came and went and no phone call. So today I set an alarm to give her a call. I woke up from my nap to see a text and a missed call saying that she had dropped off my order in the mailbox and refunded my money! I was so pleasantly surprised!! And just when I thought her customer service was at an all time high, she wrote a thank you note for being so patient and doubled my order because of the inconvenience.
I just so happened to pick flowers for myself today and her bag matched the flowers perfectly so I decided to take a picture and finally write my review of this amazing place!

The products sold here are not totally-natural THC products. What's sold here are CBD chemically derived Delta-8 and Delta-10 (etc.) products that require no FDA regulation. These products are often under scrutiny today due to the unregulated nature by which they're created and distributed.
All of that is fine if that's what you're interested in consuming. However, that is not what we wanted, and at no point was it made clear that the products we were purchasing were of this nature.
The problem came when we tried to return our purchases, unopened and untouched, for a refund. You will find other 1-star reviews point out that this place has absolutely no return policy. We were offered store credit, for a store that exclusively sells products that we are not interested in.
The kicker came when we spoke to the owner, Lindsay, over the phone. She was exceptionally rude and unsympathetic for what was a simple misunderstanding on our purchase. She did not seem to care in any way that we had made an honest mistake, and hung up on us in the middle of our conversation. Read moreTwo visits, two lousy customer service experiences. First visit I bought a vape pen that was broken. Upon returning the item I was met with resistance from who I assume was the owner. I was given a demonstration by her on the "right way" to use it. Since my word wasn't good enough and I likely was to stupid to know how push a button and inhale at the same time, I had to give my own demonstration on how the product was broken. Her resolution was to give me store credit or replace the item. After an annoying back and forth she finally conceded to a refund. The other day my partner bought a calming CBD tincture for dogs, not realizing the bottle read that there were traces of THC in the formula. After consulting with our vet, they said to absolutely not give our pup anything with THC in it as it is toxic and could be fatal. Back to the shop to attempt to return the product. After explaining all this to the same person from the first visit I was greeted with the same resistance to a refund. Nevermind that there should be serious concerns that she is selling something that could potentially hurt your pet, to which she was indifferent to. I walked away with a useless gift card that I will never use because I refuse to support this business again. This "all sales are final" philosophy is immensely flawed.
