With the other high ratings, I was surprised I left feeling so disappointed. When you walk in, there are 3 massage areas separated by curtains only. It doesn't feel very private if that's what you're looking for. Despite the owner being in the back, my masseuse was still required to answer the business phone during my massage. He also had the nerve to take a PERSONAL call in the middle of my massage and didn't apologize. The actual massage was not relaxing to me, and I was relieved when it was over. Most of the massage was a dry massage, which I thought was strange for a full body 60 minuter. A caucasian male did my massage. I guess I just assumed it would be the Chinese woman that I spoke to on the phone. He did not have a good flow- it felt like a duck bill pecking at me.
