The venue is a decent size, where unless it's full, you won't be sitting atop another party.
Good pricing for hookah and additional bowls are cheap, so you can swap flavors without having to pay the hookah surcharge each time.
Shisha I've seen on the menu (and smoked) is primarily Starbuzz from what I can tell. The hookah I had was a Khalil Mamoon with, I suspect, an Egyptian style bowl. The hose was plastic, which I prefer in public, knowing it can be washed. Asked about bringing one of my own hoses and was told sure, folks do it.
Employees are friendly and no problems getting more coals. The only thing keeping me from that fifth star is being accustomed to having folks check on my coal situation versus making requests.

The outside isn't appealing and inside you get a dimly lit room with nothing that stands out or catches the eye. It's like a mix between a night club and a cafe, without the perks of either. I don't know if it was just my clumsiness, but the second time I visited with a friend my hose didn't work properly and as a result the smoke it emitted was scarce. I asked this young college student if he could make me a drink and he literally told me āYeah, Iām not going to do thatā because apparently my request was too much to ask of him as though he was doing something better.
