So I currently have 4 lines with this company, few days ago I had the worst customer service experience in this store, the lady manager, and another guy gave me misleading information in purpose in order to push a sale, they told me I was getting a phone for free If I come back 2 days later when the promotion was up, so I proceeded to add another line to my account because they told me what I just mentioned, I went to the store and of course they wanted to charge for everything went they clearly Said I wouldn't have to pay for anything to get the phone, on top of that, the guy had a terrible attitude and he was acting like he was doing me a favor and giving zero customer service, I'm filling a complaint and of course removing my 4 lines from this company. Read moreI heard this place used to be crummy. But I went 2 weeks ago and it was nice! No long lines, people working are knowledgeable. Clean store. They made suggestions before I left for plan upgrades & a new version of my current phone but were not pushy at all and they handled my reason for coming in first - efficiently & accurately. I had to wait 3 or 4 minutes before being helped because the manager had gone outside as I was coming in. He went out to assist an elderly woman customer in crossing the very busy East Carson street and on her way safely. He didn't tell anyone or make a big deal, but I saw it myself. Read moreThe clerks at this store rob people using bate and switch tactics and then follow up with a no returns policy. The manager of the store has followed up this claim by calling police officers on store customers claiming that they are hostile. When the police arrive, they treat the customers as if they are the problem, when the stores employees and tactics are really at fault. An example of this: You walk in and ask for a phone case, they say they have it and ring you up for $40. You pay, then the employee grabs a $4 case from the back for your phone. When you say that's not what you want, they say "too bad" we have a no returns policy. The clerk pockets the extra cash and the customer suffers, or worse, has the police called on them.
