Grandview Pointe Apartments — Local services in Pittsburgh

Before moving to Pittsburgh I searched high and low in the downtown area for an apartment that was convenient to the parks and the restaurants. Unfortunately the size of the apartments, the lack of closet space, the fact that some garages were not attached to the buildings and the cost of these places we’re very disappointing. Grandviewpointe Apartments is the best deal in town. They are not only spacious, they have plenty of closet space, a swimming pool, a workout room, a party room, a garage within the building, storage units, a restaurant on top of the building and a great maintenance division. My husband and I moved from out of state into Grandview Pointe Apartments in July and have been very happy with our choice. We were nervous moving since we had never been to Pittsburgh but have been lucky with the apartment. The management (Abbie) is very responsive and helpful. The maintenance people are also very efficient with service requests. The tenants that we have met are extremely friendly. The location is central to both north side and downtown. Great views, a pool, a gym, full kitchen social lounge with huuuge screen TV, ... large apartments that ALL HAVE balconies... Resident appreciation week and other resident activities... VERY pet friendly and has a dog park! Walk to restaurants and incline... What more is there to want?? You can't beat living in the same building as Monterrey Bay Fish Grotto! Staff at Grandview Pointe is great sooooo just do it......
