Urban Outfitters — Local services in Pittsburgh

Store manager, Regan, called the police on my sister, accused her of stealing, and had her placed in handcuffs while shopping. My sister is a frequent shopper at UO, has spent thousands of dollars at the store over the years, and had simply come to the south side location to exchange an item that she had tags & receipt for. She was accused of putting merchandise in her bag and was detained even though she had proof of purchase. My sister called me in tears due to the embarrassment and harassment she experienced. We will absolutely never be shopping at Urban Outfitters again and will be taking the necessary steps to rectify the situation. This is a really nice store, but they literally do not carry anything bigger than a size medium for women. I have gone here several times to shop for cute things I saw on the website and I can't even find more than a couple of garments to try on in the entire store. I have never had this problem at other Urban Outfitters stores. The average American woman is a size 12.
