My wife and i recently went to the grand opening celebration of the new store on lohr rd. What a fantastic celebration for all. The delicious appetizers, beverages, free gift and raffles were amazing. Upon arrival while getting a coffee i briefly spoke to a very nice lady in regional marketing. I touched on an experience we had at another store months earlier trying to make a decision on what furniture we wanted. Things fell apart due to some miscommunication and timeliness of a special sale. We were very bummed out the opportunity fell through the cracks for us and we could not get the couch and leather chair for the affordable price we had hoped for. Soon after David the regional manager approached us and invited us to sit down and tell him about our experience. He was so genuinely concerned and truly wanted to make things right for us. All said and done David and the wonderful staff at Lohr rd did just that. I cant tell you what a fun afternoon we embraced along with an unexpected surprise. Our sales person Danielle did an outstanding job helping us find the right furniture to fit our comfort needs. Mark who was also assisting as an instore visual merchandiser was very knowledgeable with a great sense of what looks good when choosing the right color leather style chair and legs for our accent chair. The design consultant Victoria even came over and added to the mix of decision making process. Without even asking at the close of our visit she insisted on coming to our house and draw up a computer rendering of our living room with the new furniture in place and to measure the doors to assure it would fit upon delivery. She also returned a second time to our home to help my wife decide on a lighter color leather my wife was much happier with that was not available in the store when we went. You were all so amazing. thank you for the outstanding customer service. After all Lazyboy is one of the best quality name brands when it comes to furniture choice. The service we received trickled down from corporate level right into the store and out the door into our home. My experience shopping at LaZBoy furniture in Ann Arbor was excellent. I found the sales person extremely knowledgeable about the products including the construction of the furniture, cushion options, optional upgrades & fabrics. This was helpful in narrowing my potential selections.

The key to deciding on materials & styles was the design specialist who gathered information about preferences then came to the house with fabric & rug samples to look at options in the actual space. She took precise room measurements & took photos of flooring & cabinets. A few days later I went back to the store to review different options & room layouts through the program.

It was extremely helpful and the program was very realistic & pretty true to color.

I would highly recommend utilizing this service if you are interested in LaZBoy furniture. My shopping experience was enhanced by having an excellent designer whose skills were brought to life with the software program. Recommendation for paint color was also appreciated.

Janel and Amanda were both amazing to work with!! They gave me great down-to-earth advice that helped me consider my options and make decisions.

Janel came to my home for a FREE design consult that was the frosting on the cake. She was very friendly yet professional, and brought all the fabric swatches we had picked out in the store so we could see it in our lighting and hold it up to our rug and existing furniture.

Then going in to the store the next week to see the 3D mock-ups and talk about my choices was SO HELPFUL. I could visualize and weigh the pros/cons, and Janel picked out additional products that really complimented the rooms SO WELL.

She helped me verbally and mentally process all the options and helped guide me to a WAY BETTER option than I could have come up with on my own!!

For anyone considering any level of furniture purchase, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND working with Janel and Amanda.
