This and That Sports — Local services in Pittsfield

For the second time now I walked 30 minutes to this place and it was closed this time almost two hours earlier than they advertise not just here on Google and on their front door. They'll even tell you over the phone that they're open till six o clock and to come on down on the same day they close two hours early... I mean are you actively trying to close your business? Wasted an hour walking to and from a business that displays their hours on the front door 10-6 excluding only Mondays but it's closed with noone even inside to unlock and let you in almost two hours before they're supposedly open till. You guys should really stop wasting people's time. At least change your hours so that you're not taking valuable chunk of people's time. It's very inconsiderate and shows how much you value your customers. Really bummed out cause I'm new to the area and was really excited to learn that their was a collectible/hobby shop...

Reggie davis, the owner of this and that sports, is the nicest guy in the world. He is very knowledgeable and will go out of his way to help you with whatever you need. I have spent hundreds in his store and have never been disappointed, even when the card boxes I pulled didn't really yield me any hits. That's the way it goes in the collecting world.
