I had a fantastic experience with Berkshire Wireless Repair! My iPhone 13 Mini needed a battery replacement, and they exceeded all expectations. They originally estimated it would take an hour, but they finished much, much quicker. The service was absolutely wonderful—friendly, sweet, and so accommodating.

While I waited, they made sure I was comfortable, even sharing their Wi-Fi password. After being without my phone for a week, their prompt and efficient service was a lifesaver.

I highly recommend this shop over other options in the area. For instance, I initially tried another shop in Pittsfield (PhoneBros), but they weren’t even open despite their posted hours. My wife Brought in my 12 max 1TB for a battery swap and they shorted out my screen supposedly, replaced it with china unauthorized parts instead of genuine used , I had her go back down to get the original parts back and they left me with an inoperable phone. I’m at a loss of about 900$ unless I order an original display used (100$) not the scalp price the charge for 40$ China screens and repair the phone myself and hope for the best . Don’t bring anything worth a few here unless you want a paperweight . No FKS given , no offers , just poor...

This is worse place to get your phone fixed. Took over an hour and my phone still glitches. After paying over 100$ for a cracked screen. I haven't yet received compensation for the time I took out of my busy day just to get there at opening at 10a no manager, no staff and no courtesy call to not show up for such service. So my phone still doesn't work and I cant even make phone calls.Yet they have the part to repair it? So are you telling me your understaffed or untrained or are they're to busy getting high? Who can complain to?...
