After the most recent purchase from Charland Jewelers I got to thinking of how long I've been purchasing jewelry from Mark. I am 50 years old and bought my class ring from him (which BTW I still have) back in 1987. I can honestly say I've never had a problem that Mark couldn't fix in regards to jewelry and the decision making process. Purchases have ranged from class ring, to pearl earrings,rings,necklaces, tennis bracelets,wedding and engagement rings (soon to be twice on the wedding stuff). Mark's expertise and knowledge is second to none., However, I think one of his biggest assets is knowing his customers personally. Meaning, know them by name, tastes in jewelry, tastes in the whom the the jewelry is being purchased for and budgets. Mark has redesigned diamonds from an old inherited watch for my mother into incredible settings for earrings. Mark's knowledge and expertise is second to none. I got my wife’s wedding band and engagement ring from here in 2018. 6 years later, we are living in Atlanta and one of her tiny stones from her engagement ring fell out.
