My family and I even have a little tradition here—we guess where the potatoes came from, thanks to the cute whiteboard by the register. We ordered curbside pickup (via the app) early for a specified time, but it wasn't ready until much later. There weren't a lot of customers either, seeing as it was only 4:30 PM. I will definitely give this place credit for their milkshakes, they're delicious, and you can customize your own with a lot of different options. The burgers had no flavor at all. They were so bland, it was not worth the ridiculous price we paid. I would think they would put at least salt, pepper & some garlic seasoning at the bare minimum; they should have their own special blend of seasonings. My honest review, this is a wonderful 5 guys. One of the best I've been too. The staff is friendly, and seems like the turn over rate for employees is low. Definitely speaks to the good work environment. Only reason I gave this a 4 , truely has nothing to do with the employees. The restaurant needs better air conditioning. We are in the middle of the summer and in a heat wave and these poor employees are drenched in sweat. To add insult to injury, they have to be near hot fryers and grills with no cooling to speak off. The dining area was hot as well. I hope that corporate for 5 guys reads this and helps this store out, as well as any other locations affected.
