I called Local Appliance because our washing machine stopped working. It was only 4 years old. Too late for warranty, but too soon to scrap. Drew came right away to diagnose the problem. Within minutes he figured it out. Parts needed to be ordered. When they came in an appointment was made and right on time Keith came with the parts and fixed the problem. All were very professional, informative and punctual. Not to mention reasonable. I don’t remember the name of the woman I talked to on the phone but again she was kind and professional. I will call them again if I need either a repair or to purchase...

I wish I could give 10 Stars. Called Drew this morning looking for rollers to fix my broken dryer. The store was closed for the day, but he made a special arrangement to open for me to come pick up the parts later in the evening. Not only was I able to get the parts I needed, but Drew also gave me a tutorial and tips/tricks on how to best re-assemble the dryer I had taken apart into many, many pieces. This store will definitely be my go-to place now whenever I need a part for a home appliance, or if there is a fix that is out of my comfort zone Drew will be getting a service...

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Drew and his wife were beyond helpful, professional, and informative. Drew was able to get out right away to help with my refrigerator, explained everything thoroughly and at a reasonable rate, and was able to order the part needed and return in a timely manner. A huge help in a time of need! During this day and age when professionalism is greatly lacking, it was so refreshing to be treated with such kindness....
