Liberty Pizza — Restaurant in Pittsfield

If I could give no stars... Save your money friends, these folks are hit or miss, leaning on the side of miss. Ordered some boneless garlic parm wings, what I got was some chopped up chicken fritters doing laps in a pool of grease garlic parm stuff. Soggy half cooked fries. You ask them to call when their outside because it's an apartment with the main door locked. So the delivery guy knocks the living hell out of the door... Then treats you like poo for making him knock so hard.. if this wasn't my only incident I really wouldn't care so much, life is hit or miss, but trends are trends. My grandmother tried ordering a panini from liberty pizza a few days ago... What she received was a quesadilla (extra greasey) with a larger bill and an argument that she ordered it wrong when she had to repeat the order to the person on the phone three times. They further insulted her by telling her they will discount the meal 50% when it was clearly their mistake. This isn't the first time, occasionally they make good food, I just don't occasionally work for my money. So when I spend my money it needs to be worth it. Between the bad service, mismatched orders, overly greasy food and all for a pretty penny (for fried everything) the only thing liberty pizza has liberated is my family, me, and whosoever else has experienced similar from their customer base.... Might wanna work on that...places with the exact same type of food are a dime-a-dozen in Pittsfield. Roll the dice with liberty or get some good...

Would have been four stars :( my daughter orders a lot since we moved here and it’s been very good !! BUT the customer service ....not so much My husband and I FINALLY had a date night alone went to a hotel order a pie with extra sauce i asked twice on the order WE picked it up

We got back it was like three times the extra cheese but like no sauce forget extra sauce just like NO sauce.

I called to ask nicely ( no Karen here ) hey I asked for this but got this the woman who answered was mean to me and to The man who made the pizza she didn’t bother to mute and made a fuss about someone having to bring me a couple of extra sauce cups I asked for since the pizza didn’t have any ? But only if a driver was coming this way I ended up just hanging up :(

I hate spending money and not getting exactly what I asked for especially if I am having dental issues and needed the extra sauce for personal reasons :(

Bummer I really like their food but instead of asking the chef who obviously didn’t read the directions ask me what she can...

BEWARE! Lock your doors if you have Liberty Pizza on the way! As we were waiting on an order from here my husband and I were sitting just feet from our front door and all the sudden the door OPENS! The delivery driver didn't knock, didn't ring the bell and just walked in and started walking up the stairs leading to our living room! (It's on camera) When my husband pointed out that he just walked in the delivery drivers response was "the door was unlocked." ummmm, you don't just walk in! I called to notify the owner but I was told he wasn't there. Then the delivery driver got on the phone and pretended to be the manager. Once I called him out on that he started to yell at me. On top of this half our order was soggy and cold! The cheese on my calzone was practically solid. This was a treat night that happens every once in a while for our family....we spent a significant amount of money on the food we ordered supporting this small business and NEVER AGAIN.
