Does not stand by the product he sells. I bought a $98 gallon of oil base California paint, pure white. The paint yellowed in about two weeks. I described the extensive preparation I did, Steve said it was wrong. I pointed out that it was exactly as California paint company recommended. Steve said that oil base was that good anymore because of government VOC rules. Why did he sell me the paint then? Why does he carry it? He never offered to even to contact a California paint rep. Read morePlease give Scott a raise! I initially came in for help from Steve Miller but he wasn't in. However, Scott came from his framing station in the back of the shop to assist me. I had many questions and concerns about all the things I was interested in purchasing and he took his time to answer them all and help me find what was best suited for my needs and budget. The only request I have is that you perhaps get in some adaptive art supplies for disabled folks. I have issues with my fine-motor skills, so large pencil grips and pencil extenders, as well as larger sharpeners would be a dream come true! They have never greeted me or offered me any help in the many years i have shopped there (i guess when you are the only store in town you dont need customer service).
