BUYER BEWARE. I gave this business the one star because it's the only way I could post my review. I brought my laptop to nerdz for hire to have the cpu fan cleaned . When I picked it up I was told it was, and I quote, "as good as new." When I brought it home and turned it on I found there was ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE WHATSOEVER in the performance and the fan was still wildly racing. There is no possible way you would be able to ignore this fact. I contacted Zane to let him know and he now informs me it sounds like I need a new fan. I brought this possibility up when I dropped it off and asked him to let me know what he found when he opened the laptop to clean it. If he actually ever did... I ask him to order a new fan, he lets me know that he ordered the fan and would let me know when it arrived, probably by the end of the week. NEVER heard from him again... To add insult to injury my laptop was in pristine condition visually, it looked like it just came out of the box even though it wasn't new. When I got it back the lid was covered in scratches. He asked me if I wanted him to install an antivirus, I said yes and he never did. A total rip off and a complete waste of time and money as far as I'm concerned. ...

I brought in my laptop so I could get the ram and gigabytes update for school. I come back a week later and i have a whole new computer which was not discussed with me. It works fine for a few days and then it starts unexpectedly crashing with a blue screen and a frownie face. I took it back to nerdz and he said he fixed the problem. Its been a month, ive taken it to three other places and now im taking it to one more place and if I have to get a new computer I’m getting my money back because...

I was looking on Google for a place to buy a new laptop and this store showed up. I clicked on the Website link up top and it brought me to a malicious link that seems to have installed Malware on my computer that keeps trying to get me to download things through false popups claiming things like "3 viruses detected, renew your protection now"
