We had our wedding here in July and couldn't be happier with our experience. Annie and her team were wonderful to work with from beginning to end. We had the experience of a full-service wedding venue with a reasonable and affordable price. Annie was flexible, helpful, and responsive. Our guests had wonderful things to say about space, food, and service. If you are considering this venue for any private event, do not hesitate to go check it out! One thing to keep in mind is this is a second floor venue with the only access being stairs and restrooms are downstairs. For us, this was no issue, but something to consider. For more details, please keep reading :)
As soon as we saw the space, we felt this was the place. We had a wedding of about 50-60 guests and this accommodated perfectly. We probably could've fit another 20-30 people comfortably. Annie was responsive and helpful through the ENTIRE process. She responded to emails quickly, answered my questions, allowed me to bounce ideas off of her, made suggestions when I wasn't sure, and accommodated special requests I had. We were able to secure the space the night before for rehearsal, dinner, & set up; and were able to pick up our decorations the next day. This all depends on the availability of the venue, but again, Annie will help however she can. The evening of our rehearsal dinner, there was a staff member onsite. The day of our wedding, Annie and other staff members were there the entire time. Annie even had a timer on her phone to send the bridal party down the aisle at the correct time. She was there every step of the evening and took so much stress off of my plate - I was able to just enjoy the evening I had worked so hard to plan.
We received so many compliments from our guests. Everyone was so impressed with the space. The Silo has several pieces of furniture that Annie is a master at finding a good space for. The space was just beautiful. They turned it over from ceremony to reception and followed our exact instructions on where we wanted things - cake cutting, memory table, gifts, etc.
We also received many compliments on the food - another easy part of the process. She walked me through all of my options and answered any questions via email. We went with the BBQ and the food surpassed the expected "plain" wedding food - it was great! We had to accommodate for a few gluten-free guests, and again, no problem at all.
This staff will go above and beyond in the process of your wedding, and make it look like a piece of cake. I can't say enough nice things and am so grateful to The Silo and its team for giving me a wedding that was even better...
Read moreI hosted my bridal shower and my rehearsal dinner here at the silo. The whole experience was incredible. They are the sweetest and most easiest to work with! Not to mention the food is remarkable! One of our favorite places to go for bbq! We live in the area and frequently go to the grainery & pioneer pizza. I am a hair and makeup artist and I helped make the grand opening of the silo happen. The minute I was there helping I knew this was where I wanted to host my wedding festivities. It’s very homey and the exposed brick really made my boho dreams come to life ❣️ Thank you again from the bottom...
Read moreThis post is way overdue, but well deserved. We hosted a party at this location and it was one of the best nights of our lives! Not only was the owner hands on along with his staff being the absolute best they allowed my wife to decorate the space and then helped clean up our decorations on their own time. Additionally, the owner was extremely flexible and accommodating allowing both my parents (70+) and children (2 and 4 at the time) to enjoy the night. What a hidden gem and I encourage anyone looking for a wonderful space to celebrate a special event to...
