Horrible experience little to no commutation was told we would get a 3 br and be able.to move in on July 1st latest by property manager crystal then after trying to contact them multiple times got a phone call saying we are moved to a two bedroom and could not move in for another month me and my 2 kids and pregnant wife will have to scramble to find a place to live then when trying to file a complaint was told again by Crystal that she could not give me any contact info for the district manager I believe they discriminate as other reviews I have read on here they tell you one thing and do another I am very understanding and patient but when there is no commutaon and my kids are left thinking they do not have a place to live because we are house jumping every week and living out of a storage unit is ridiculous I waited a whole month and now told I have to wait another month no one is ever at the offices and never can get anyone on the phone. I’ve tried to be nice about this but it falls on deaf ears. I noticed my stove wasn’t working and went to the office to inquire about it getting it fixed. The next day maintenance came and I recieved a new one, however when installing they broke a tile up from the floor. They said they would be back to fix it on the same day and never did. This was 2 years ago. A new property manager came and I figured I’ll call her to get it done. Maintenance came, took a look at the tile and told me they would fix it the same day. They never showed back up. I put in a maintenance request 3 more times and still haven’t had a knock on the door. Why do I have to wait to get something fixed for something maintenance did? I’ve talked to the property manager and still nothing is being done. I have a dog and I’ve asked several times to call before coming so I can put her away and they don’t...

I’ve been living at Leland Gardens since 2/2006- 6/2023. When I first moved there it was very nice( a lot of older and mature people), I’ve seen many changes of workers in management, all very nice, professional and respectful ( except for one property manager Denise..OMG, thank God the worst!).. The last 2-3 years the complex started down, I started to have mice and infestation, at least every other month, I was having my tub backed up, toilet backed up… people wasn’t picking up after there dog, drug activity going on. I have to give a big up to property manager Crystal Cumberbatch, for responding to my concerns. I’ll definitely miss Leland Gardens, some of my neighbors and definitely miss maintenance and management. They were like family. But my move was for warmer/ better weather and inexpensive living.
