Man I hope google fix’s this rating system so we can give zero and negative stars. One of the worst projects I’ve ever seen. VERY unqualified, incompetent and lazy staff. The power has been off to a quarter of the building for 3 days and the “maintenance tech” can’t fix it and is too stupid, lazy and incompetent to call a qualified contractor or vendor to fix it. They would rather ignore it and keep giving excuses like saying corporate doesn’t want to spend the money to fix it in a timely manner or that they can’t find the part, even though there’s a lot of maintenance supply places. No power is a maintenance emergency by law. If it was the power companies fault it would be different but it’s not its stanley terraces fault. So it’s the responsibility of Stanley terrace to fix it because it’s their equipment not the power companies but they would rather continue with the excuses. If you don’t live there but are thinking about moving there I would do some serious research first so you don’t end up with no power and a lazy company with unqualified incompetent management and maintenance. They don’t even have a after hours emergency phone number so you can reach maintenance so if you’re apartment is flooding that’s tough, flood the building because you’re not going to be able to reach anyone. WORST dump I’ve ever had the displeasure...

Not sure if they're just closed a couple weeks for the holidays, but it's still appearing unprofessional. It seems like this place isn't even open. Best of luck to all of you trying to...
