Ann Taylor — Local services in Plano

Terrible rude service at this store today! Was returning two returnable items from mail order that I didn’t like and a pair of tights (with all the original wrapping and packaging) that were defective right out of the package (a large hole). I just originally wanted a replacement pair of tights for the defective ones. The older short saleswoman with a strong accent seemed confused by my not having the receipt for only some of the items (they ship parts of an order with separate packing slips.) I have a loyalty membership and it’s never been a problem looking up items before. At first she told me that since she was unable herself to look up the items online in my account I had to go back home and find the original packing slips (!?) which was bizarre since it’s all online and I had it right in my phone to show her (and in the past other salespeople could look items up at the store.) She said that she couldn’t find the tights online, and when I tried to show her on my phone she shouted at me that “she worked here a long time so she knew what she was doing”. They are on sale RN on the website, so no idea what she was trying to search for. The whole ordeal took 30 minutes. I wish there were other Ann Taylor locations in the DFW area. Some of the worst customer service experience I've had at a retail establishment. The young lady that works there was extremely nice. She greeted me and let me know if I needed any help to let her know. However, the old petite dirty blonde-gray hair lady was just down right rude when I asked for help. Poor customer service. Came in to return some items that were not the right size, and was berated by the sales associate for not reading the items' online review before buying (that warned the items ran large).
