I came in to sell a couple brand new Burberry handbags, unfortunately I got there an hour before close so the buyers had left for the day, so I decided to leave them and look around. Well, without going into too much detail, I got extremely awful news today about my pet and I looked absolutely terrible appearance-wise. We are talking messy pinned up hair, a loose sweater, jogging pants and literal house shoes. I mention this because, had it been any other luxury retailer, I 100% would have been completely ignored and written off as not an actual customer. Well, to my delight, the case here was the complete opposite. Deja immediately greeted me, was so kind and explained the whole buying process, took in my handbags and even offered me a sunglass case for my Prada sunglasses I had brought in but sadly scratched at some point on accident. Then, as I was shopping around, Jessica introduced herself and came to my assistance. She is now 10/10 absolutely incredible. She pulled multiple items for me, answered all my questions, we talked and joked and she was even gave me a heads up on an upcoming store wide sale. I absolutely adore her. I cannot stress how wonderful and kind she was to me, especially on a day I both look and feel terrible. Probably some of the best customer service iāve ever received, and coming from someone who has worked retail a dozen years plus, thatās a big deal! She mentioned being a fairly new hire, so I just want to commend whoever hired her and tell them Jessica is incredible and absolutely needs to be leadership in the store sooner than later!

We went to dinner, came back excited to shed some closet weight, and were then seated with a different representative who is in fact a manager. She told us a wallet would not be authenticated until the next day, why no one knew. It literally matched a handbag they had already authenticated...
Nonetheless, we said thatās fine we could come back for the wallet the next day which had been quoted at $215. She said wonderful I can pay you cash at $500. I donāt think that $1500-$215 is $500 CASH. We said exactly that, and she began to reiterate how her colleague gave us inaccurate numbers while looking at the computer screen and moving things around. I immediately smelled theft and said we werenāt going to do business with them at that time. We did request a print out of the offers per item so we could think about it overnight. THE MANAGER then stated that they do NOT give printouts of offers but sheād be happy to handwrite the values down. She did and when we drove off looking over the values, they again, added up to over $1000.....why would someone try to pay cash for half that amount for the SAME exact merchandise? The numbers she jotted down only matched what she stated to us by like 30%.
CONSUMERāS PERSPECTIVE: This place. Yes, it LOOKS beautiful. It feels nice. But the fact that the original offer wasnāt printed, like an actual offer or terms of service, is embarrassing and ultimately makes this a pawn shop.
