Super informative, educational on options, and responsive. They are EXCELLENT to work with and their team of installers are professional, tidy, and have a high attention to detail. After my initial inquiry, it was within 24 hours when I received an itemized quote of options with price after evaluating my home. This was great! I could pick and choose and stay within my budget. We got screwed by our previous company for our lights leaving us in a bind and a bit late to get on a schedule. I called Bright Christmas and they were terrific. They not only made time to help us that same week but also found and corrected a dangerous issue with our lights that were set up poorly by the previous company. Bright Christmas has already installed our lights much better than before and will be coming back to install a new wreath. Wish we would have found this company sooner.
