Prices in restaurant side have been going up steadily. Beef biryani was $6.99 for long time and had an increase $7.99 about 10 months then raised again 6 months ago and became $9.99. That is 40% increase in less than a year. Take-out portions were reduced by means of changing the white plastic packaging material to transparent black packaging so there is hidden price increase there as well. The meat portion comes with lot of bones, I wonder if they have their meat department give them left overs with all the bones. As usual, instructions for spice levels are ignored by kitchen. There seems to be a new manager who keeps walking around and greeting-smiling as if smile compensates or justifies the price increases. Interesting to see a hallmark company doing same thing that bankrupted many retail companies in the past.

I called this place to inquire about zabihah chicken. The person I spoke to didn’t speak English, but the lady on the phone was very kind and eventually asked the owner. He confirmed it was zabihah, but when I asked about the brand, he rudely told her to tell me to shop at Walmart instead of answering my question. The lady didn’t want to repeat this to me at first, and when I asked her about it, she apologized several times and seemed embarrassed. It’s clear the owner has a habit of being disrespectful to customers, and they tried to hide his rude response from me. Very disappointing to experience this, especially when all I was doing was asking about my dietary needs. I will not be returning.

I love this place! Been coming here for authentic Pakistani type cuisine. The food is so flavorful. My favorites are the biriyani and haleem. If I’m in the area, I would go here to meet my cravings. And for all my friends who love Indian food, I recommend this place for them to try. It’s kind of a hole in the wall vibes. It’s in the Indian/Pakistan market. Also great for those who are looking for halal goods. Everyone there is so nice and respectful. Most of it if self service for the market itself and for the food, you would order up front at the restaurant. 11/10 recommend. Check this place out for some flavorful Indian and Pakistani food. Till then, let’s eat!

Title: Pleasant Shopping Experience at Indopark Supermarket

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I recently visited Indopark Supermarket and I must say that it was a delightful shopping experience overall. From the moment I stepped inside I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff members who were always ready to assist me.

One aspect that impressed me was the neat and organized layout of the supermarket. The aisles were spacious making it easy to navigate through the various sections. The shelves were well-stocked with a wide variety of products and I found everything I needed without any hassle.

The produce section particularly caught my attention. The fruits and vegetables were fresh and of top-notch quality. It was evident that the supermarket prioritizes freshness which is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction.

Another positive aspect was the range of products available. Indopark Supermarket offers a diverse selection catering to a wide spectrum of consumer needs. From locally sourced products to international brands there was something for everyone. I appreciated the convenience of having a diverse range of choices under one roof.

Furthermore the prices at Indopark Supermarket were reasonable. There were several ongoing promotions and discounts available which allowed me to save some money on my purchases. I found this to be an added bonus that made shopping at Indopark Supermarket even more appealing.

Lastly the checkout process was smooth and efficient. The staff at the counter was attentive and handled my transaction swiftly. I didn't encounter any issues or delays which is always a plus when it comes to supermarket shopping.

Overall Indopark Supermarket provided me with a pleasant shopping experience. The friendly staff well-organized layout fresh produce diverse product range reasonable prices and efficient checkout process all contributed to my positive impression. I highly recommend this supermarket to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable shopping experience.

Not even one star worthy. I bought biriyani from indopak (the restaurant/cafe part of the store) yesterday and came home to rice smelling like bacteria. I called them today to let them know of the spoiled biriyani, instead of being nice (like service providers should be) they were rude and denied their food to be spoiled. They stated 'If its out of our building we have nothing to do with it'...well what about to go orders? Should I have you spoon it in a To-Go box infront of me as I take a smell of each spoonful to assure its free of bacteria and wont cause food poisoning?! I cannot believe the customer service from this place! I understand things can happen, specially in ramadan when its quite busy-that is why i first called to speak to someone and let them know to prevent it from happening again to other customers. Instead of concern that I expected from the manager-he gave me a mouthful of attitude and was nasty on the phone, which is why I got online and searched indopak plano- to write this review. They deserve to be disclosed not only about their food but also about their horrible customer service.

However for health reasons, I would advise to stay away from indopak cafe- even the richardson location that a few of my friends just stated also has sold spoiled biriyani to them and their families. Oh and don't bother to call and let them know if you do have any complains, because they don't care and its probably your fault anyway-cause its...

I will not recommend this place because I spent 156 dollar day before yesterday and went for two things to exchange for something else because so called Kashmiri tea which they are selling for $ 6.99 and masala tea $4.99 both stuff are bad quality products and they are proudly said thiose are in high demand selling product I doubt it making people fool. Kashmiri tea supposed to bring pink color after you boil and mixed with cold water but it was green color which identified green tea not a Kashmiri tea. I told lady who I spoke to I will leave my honest review about their interaction with customers and about their products... She said because the container is open so she cannot return how we taste thing without open and to decide to keep it or return it They said they make Halal Manoel now you guys decide cheating people and making Making money would you call this is Halal? After long argument she agreed to return but I did not accept return and left product their because I am not that greedy as they are . I will try to get their supplier contact to let them know this so they are aware how they deal with customers. I am sure they get money back from their suppliers when they return the marchendise and claim for money. In last I would say, we as Muslim should do the transparent business they will take you in Jannat (paradise) and jahanum (hell)....
