Let me start off by telling you how I was so disappointed with this establishment. My wife is from Thailand and cooks the most delicious Thai food you could ever find. So, when we go out to eat we like to support the Thai restaurants and she also interacts with the staff. So, I brought her here and as we were being seated, I asked the girl is the cook from Thailand and she says oh yes the cook is Thai. So, I asked if she could please have the cook come out for a second so my wife could ask about some food item in Thai. There was only two other customers there, so its not like they were so busy that it would slow them down. She says oh I would have to call my manager about something like that. I said are you kidding ? You really need to get permission to have someone speak briefly to your cook ? So, I said ok go ahead and ask please. She went into the kitchen area and never came back. We sat for another 15 minutes and nobody came out, it was so awkward and weird, we just got up and left. I believe she just told us there was a Thai cook and then was unable to make that happen when I said yes please ask. If you have a restaurant regardless of the type of food, you should always be honest with your customers and not just say anything to appease them. Again, this review is not about the food at all, we never had the chance to get some. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant based on that. Every customer should have the right to ask who is cooking their food especially if they can help with the order by speaking the language of...

I don't know what kind of meat was in my dumplings for starters but it was horrible. It was so bad I spat it out and told the waiter I didn't want the order and usually I never have problems with dumplings I have tasted a frozen section box of dumplings that tasted 5 star compared to there dumplings. Then me and my wife ordered to pineapple fried rice and I noticed my wife order looked different than my order after the fact that we placed the exact same order. I was missing raisins and cashews. So finally they fix my order and them to the check. They still had the nerve to try and charge me for the trash can special dumplings. I asked the waiter to fix the tab because I refused to pay a penny to something so disgusting and he walk up to the owner/manager and told her what and said and she still told him since I ordered it I have to pay. I forgot she was talking to 1 off her friends on the landline phone they have. Then I asked the waiter to please tell her I would like to speak to her and she continued to have her phone conversation and waived him off like she didn't have time to speak to a customer with a bill over $50. I will never come back to this place again and I don't trust there meat. Only reason I gave this place 1 star is because I couldn't go lower. And this is the first place I have ever ordered wonton soup and got Sunday dinner soul food greens in it....

Avoid, find another place! The new owner and her staff are very rude and very short with customers. I very politely mentioned that the waitress was very short with me and that Ive eaten here for 15 years and have never experienced that attitude. I also mentioned that Tammy, (not here real name but what she asked us to call her) would never treat customers as such and thats when I was told that Tammy doesnt own it anymore. The lady sitting next to me was the new owner and took the watrisses side so I mentioned that I will no longer be eating here and the owner said thank you, you can go now. . Its a totally different experience and I’ve eaten here for 15 years! Its unfortunate but it is what it is.

Read the 1 star reviews in Google and you will see I’m not the only one to complain about their attitude toward customers now. It’s as if they dont want you there!

To the new owner: As far as the response below, yes, I did come in late but it was 2:40 and not 2:55. I was ok with having to get it to go but the waitress was rude and you basically told me to leave and not come back after I politely told her she was very short with me which comes off a rude. I can see from the other reviews this is your normal behavior. Lastly, you and your waitress were the opposite of apologetic when I was there but you apparently try to appear to be such when a customers experience is...

We always come here for the chicken parata. I've never had any curry dish that has such perfectly cooked meat and vegetables, and such amazingly fluffy roti bread. The pieces are big enough to feel decadent and small enough to easily fit in your mouth. It is a comfort meal I find myself coming back to DFW for! The staff is always kind, prompt, and professional. The location is always clean and welcoming, and the decorations help set a wonderful atmosphere that enhances the experience. We got carry out due to covid-19, but we have had carry out many times and it is always just as delicious as dining in. If you come during the summer, be sure to get the sticky rice and mango dessert! It has a wonderful texture and the medley of warm sticky rice and cold, crisp mango cannot be compared. That one is best as fresh as possible, so I recommend dine-in for the best experience.

I love Thai food and this is definitely my new favorite! Everything we have had has been amazing! The fresh veggie rolls with peanut sauce and Thai house salad with peanut sauce are both to die for! They are also very accommodating and make modifications to the menu items because we do not eat meat. They made us Mongolian tofu that was delicious. Pineapple fried rice with tofu and no egg. The red curry was also delicious and spicy! I can't wait to try the green curry. They also made us Thai tea with coconut milk. Everything is delicious and the service is also outstanding! I also love the atmosphere and decor, such a cute restaurant! We have been here twice and will definitely be back very soon!

Went to a restaurant across from this Thai place.. stood there for 5 minutes without anyone coming out.. mind you it was a slow day.. left and came to this Thai Jasmine place.. as soon as I walk in I was greeted by a super nice person, sat and I ordered fairly quickly as I was hangry already (not at them of course) I got spicy Beef Pad Thai and Thai tea..food came out right away, was it good?? I frikin inhaled the food it was so good, just spicy enough where you can add more chili to your liking which I did. And it was very reasonable priced.. save it as my favorites in maps.. the picture is half way eaten and the plate was empty when I finished.. highly recommended
