Iām writing to share my frustration with a disappointing experience this morning. I called ahead to confirm the availability of your soboro mochi bread ā a favorite that we specifically wanted to gift to our childās teachers ā and was told it would be ready by the time we arrived.
However, when we got there, the soboro wasnāt available. The staff member told us it would be another 15 minutes. We decided to wait, but after 15 minutes passed, we were told again it would be another 15. At that point, not only were we late dropping our child off at school, but we still didnāt have the bread we came for and had to settle for something else.
This was incredibly frustrating, especially after going out of our way and relying on your staffās assurance. If we had been told upfront that it wouldnāt be ready until later, we could have planned differently. Instead, we lost time, missed our intended purchase, and left with a poor experience.
Also, I have to ask ā why open at 8 AM if thereās no bread ready to sell even an hour later? Itās confusing and disappointing for customers expecting a bakery to have baked goods during its business hours.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider being more transparent with customers about product availability ā especially when they take the time...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm sure this bakery can do well than what they're doing now.My wife & I visited this bakery today and had a bad experience.The Chinese girl who works there on Sunday nights(I guess you know who you are)had the worst attitude we have ever seen in anyone.She did not have the basic manners to welcome us as soon as we got into the bakery.C'mon should we pay you to smile or be courteous?OK we expected too much about the welcome thing.Her face looked like she had a bad day with her boss or like someone who broke up with her boyfriend.She did not ask what we want or if we were looking for anything specific.She looked like she was forced to work there.After we bought some cakes she took her time to get to the cash register,say about 2 minutes.Oh come on we're not stealing your property! We just wanted to pay for the stuff we bought in the store.If the manager of this store reads this review I have to tell you something - PLEASE ASK YOUR STAFF TO BE FRIENDLY TO CUSTOMERS.This is the key to any successful business! If someone is expecting a good service for their money I don't think this place would be...

The gal that helped me wore a mask and gloves, and there was a plastic divider up to keep things contactless. I always enjoy seeing this.
I ordered a Rose Milk Tea, which they advertised on their door as their newest milk tea flavor. Iām not shre what she gave me, but it didnāt taste of rose. It tasted like a lot of sugar and milk tea. I personally like a strong rose flavor, but I couldnāt even taste it in this milk tea. I was a little disappointed, but everything else that I usually get here is great! I love their garlic bread bites that are in the pre-packaged baked goods! Theyāre sweet and garlicy and delicious. I also love their Milk Snow. Its so sweet and the red bean and peanuts are delicious with it!
Iāll always come back and keep munching on all the goodies they have...
