Chase Bank — Local services in Plano

Extremely disappointed in this branch. I went here today with my husband to get some documents notarized and the associate assisting us was Robert Elliot. He was very unhelpful and had a bad attitude. They stated they couldn’t notarize the documents, because chase decided not to notarize these type of documents 2 years ago. Well the branch we went to near trinity mills did it without an issue 2 weeks before so I don’t see where the disconnect is. Unfortunately, she was out today so we had to go to a different location. We went to get a service there someone his name was Davis and another clerk Li and bearded guy plus someone named Leslie made a lot of excuses to not do the service. And they were pretending they were busy . Rather than wasting our time they just could do the service. However we are chase private clients, they were treating us in the lowest possible standards . Also I saw a lot of banker was sitting there without doing anything and playing with their phones. Three of them were standing and talking loudly about the Sunday’s football game. I had a frustrating situation today at the Chase branch off Parker and Tollway in Plano, TX. A human error on the bank’s part while exchanging currency was going to cost me approximately $1,200. Fortunately the branch manager, Christi Jones, reached out to several resources to come up with a solution to avoid me incurring the additional expense. It was a stressful situation, but in the end Christi rectified the mistake and I am highly appreciative of her help today.
