If you are looking for an orthodontics practice and you live in the Allen/Plano/Mckinney/Frisco area, your search is over.
I became a patient of Dr. Goldreich myself, after seeing how well his practice was run with my kids as patients. I had complicated problems to solve - my bite was not aligned correctly, both off-center and also not the correct overbite that is desired. My teeth hit end to end, or in a couple of cases, a slight underbite. My teeth had also moved a lot after having braces when I was a teenager.
Twenty years ago, I was told by an orthodontist that to fix my bite, I would need a surgical procedure which would involve breaking my jaw and moving it into the proper alignment. This would also involve two years of braces. It was easy for me at that time in my life, to say "I'll just stick with what I have for now..."
When discussing my bite with Dr. Goldreich, he showed me how we could fix all of my problems by using invisalign trays and a couple rubber bands, in a process that would likely take 18 months to two years. Yesterday I finished my treatment. We finished after 15 months. I cannot believe the results. My bite has been corrected and my teeth look perfect.
I write the information above to establish Dr. Goldreich did what he said he could do and has the technical ability to handle a complicated case.
However, even more impressive is "how" he does it. This practice is so professional and well run. I enjoyed my interaction with every single person I came across. They are happy to be there and make their patients feel like they are the most special people in the world. Refreshing in business today, to truly feel special and appreciated as a client or patient.
Dr. Goldreich is well into his career and has a lot of experience and expertise, but he combines that beautifully with passion and interest. He is not bored, he is excited and passionate about what he is doing. He brings his best to every individual case. He is also a perfectionist.
After one of my visits, I received a follow-up call letting me know that after I had left, as Dr. Goldreich reviewed my case, he had decided he needed to make one more small adjustment that would help us get a better end result. He simply needed to file one area on a tooth, to allow a little more movement in my treatment.
I was frustrated. I did not want to go back into the office. I kindly expressed that feeling, but made the appointment to come back. Within a few minutes, I had a missed call from Dr. Goldreich's mobile phone with him leaving me a message to inform me he was sorry they had missed this at my appointment and he would be more than happy to come to my house after work to perform the work on my tooth.
I ended up going into the office, but so appreciated this type of service. What an incredible gesture! I also had a bit of time to think though this a bit more. The easiest thing in the world for a busy dentist to do, would have been to allow this small correction that was needed to slip away. I would never know. It would not create extra work for the dental office and it would still probably be "good enough". However, Dr. Goldreich is a true professional. Good enough is not what he is going for. He wants the "best it can be", and he will make a housecall to get it done.
I rarely ever write reviews of anything - but I am so impressed with Dr. Goldreich and his team. I would highly recommend their practice to anyone needing orthodontic care. Stop asking your friends, stop shopping around - make your appointment with Dr. Goldreich.

Read moreGoldreich Orthodontics may be the most excellent dental business in North Texas. These guys are professionals - highly skilled, specifically educated for each facet of Dr. Hilton Goldreich's operation. They specialize in teeth straightening, but I think these folks are exceptional.
They operate like a boutique - they know your name, your family, they know the tender spots in your mouth. Not one area of patient contact is missed. The receptionist is aware, the financial office is prepared, the technical staff is energized and ready, and they are invested in your smile.
Dr. Goldreich is hands-down one of the greats in Orthodontics in Texas if not the United States. I speak from having two lousy experiences with prior orthodontists and having poor results. Not with Dr. G - he and his team assessed me and figured out exactly what treatment plan I needed.
Dr. Goldreich was recommended to me from my dental hygienist at UT Southwestern Medical School. Her recommendation coming from within the small community of dental practitioners was especially valuable and highly regarded. My interactions with Dr. G and his staff have been extremely positive and affirming.
I still have some weeks to go until I finish my Invisalign treatment, but I am already pleased with my smile. Both my wife (her nickname is Hollywood, now) and son have had braces and Invisalign with Dr. G. and they are great examples of his work and artistry. I can't wait to see the finished product!
Lastly, I want to say - don't try and do the direct-to-consumer teeth straightening. The level of expertise that is needed to build the plastic trays is still best done at the orthodontist's office. They will properly take pictures, they will recommend prior and post activities for your teeth, and they are an expert in managing and providing value-added services during Invisalign treatment.
All in all, Dr. Goldreich's office is a one-of-a-kind experience. They will not let you down on a Friday afternoon when your tongue may get caught in your braces and you can't get it free (wife). They will not let you down when you accidentally chipped a tooth eating a candied apple (son). And they certainly won't let you down when you think your teeth are hopeless and you think it will take 5 years from start to...
Read moreAs an adult, I was terrified to get braces. I trusted Dr. Hilton Goldreich for my treatment plan. Not only did my teeth look fabulous in the end, my teeth moved much faster than I expected using the Damon System. I was so thrilled with the result. I had no regrets having Dr. Goldreich as my orthodontist. He gave me several options to consider and never pushed or pressured me into going for the most expensive treatment. Dr. Goldreich and his staff are experts at what they do, and they are wonderful people! My overall experience was so positive that I did not consider any other orthodontist to treat my 11 year-old daughter, even though we live almost an hour away from his office. It is worth the drive to take her to see him. Dr. Goldreich has a very kind and gentle way with children, and my daughter is very comfortable with him. His staff is also very kind and nurturing.
If cost is the driver in your decision, you can go to a chain orthodontic clinic or to an orthodontist with lesser credentials and experience and probably pay less, but remember that you always get what you pay for! Cheaper is not better, especially for something as important as orthodontic treatment that will affect your smile and overall oral health for the rest of your life. My brother-in-law picked a low-cost orthodontist, and he ended up having to wear braces twice. It took four years to fix his teeth.
It was worth every penny I spent on my smile, and every penny I spent on my daughter's treatment. I didn't find Dr. Goldreich's cost to be unreasonable because it includes everything, from wax and rubber bands to a brand new Water Pik. Even your retainers that you will wear post treatment are included. Other orthodontists may give you a quote for just the braces, so that's why they come under Dr. Goldreich's price quote.
Dr. Goldreich has very impressive credentials, but also he has extensive experience in all orthodontic procedures. Seriously, he's the best orthodontist in the Dallas area (that is backed up by D Magazine)! If you want cheap, standard treatment, go to someone else, and that's what you will receive. If you're looking for the best orthodontist in the area and a perfect smile for a lifetime, go to Dr....
