On April 15th, 2025, a Thursday night around 7:30 p.m., I made the fateful decision to pick up food from this Chipotle. I also made the mistake of using the men’s restroom. What follows is less of a review and more of a public health advisory. I’ll spare the graphic details, but let’s just say: it wasn’t a bathroom, it was a biohazard zone. I’ve seen gas station restrooms with more dignity. Every surface was affected. Simply opening the door was like breaching a containment chamber—there was no going back. This wasn’t just negligence. This was a team effort of failure. First, the original sinner. The person responsible should’ve alerted staff. A simple, “Heads up, I accidentally detonated your plumbing infrastructure” would have sufficed. He could’ve even blamed the guy before him. Classic move. Second, the parade of bystanders. I estimate at least 18 people—staff and customers—passed through that nightmare chamber, muttered “ugh,” and just kept moving. Not one warning. Not one cone. Finally, management. If it was this bad at night, it had to have been building up all day. And if it happened once, it’s happened before. In what food-safe universe is it okay to let a restroom fester into a microbial hellscape right next to your burrito bar? I’m not just upset—I’m haunted. I still see the stains when I close my eyes. This wasn’t just an aesthetic problem; it was a moral and legal hazard. I suffered. I worry someone with a weaker immune system wouldn’t make it out with just psychological scars. My recommendations: • Shut the store down for a full day. • Bring in a hazmat team. • Fire everyone who ignored this situation. • Institute hourly restroom checks (or hire a restroom bouncer—I don’t care). Until then, I’ll be avoiding this block, this store, and probably this chain. Chipotle, please—no more bathroom horror stories. I came for a burrito, not a brush with biohazard.

3 hrs later after eating from here!!! me, my 16 yr old daughter, and 14 yr old son has been sick. Me and my family with up there to talk to the manager which who made the food I know her through someone from my church so I knew that she’s the store manager she was very unprofessional she never Apologized Never acknowledged the fact that the food was bad and had a attitude trying to tell me I paid Work a card when I paid with cash I she have to do is look at the camera and see that she made the food and that I paid with cash because of her attitude she only gave me the money back for the burrito and the chips but not the bowl we brought back all of the food the red sauce was spicy then Normal because of how bad we are feeling I didn’t stay for the rest of the money also it was very busy it’s 10:18pm and my daughter is still throwing up we will never be back chipotle need to do better and stop hiring people who is only looking for a paycheck and not care about your company or customers

Ordered dinner on the app for my husband and I to be picked up at 5pm to eat dinner at the softball field. Got there about 10 mins late and my order was ready. I was greeted by a friendly employee at the window who was happy to give me extra napkins and dressing, etc. I ordered a carnitas wholesome bowl for my husband and a carnitas salad for myself. I got to the softball field, got settled, just to find out that my carnitas salad was made wrong. Wrong is an understatement. There was no meat and no lettuce. Instead, all I got was rice, black beans, fajita veggies, cheese, pico, and enough sour cream to last until next summer. I love sour cream, but I could not eat it. It’s so incredibly frustrating to spend our hard earned money on food to just have it go to waste. I’m not a super picky eater and I would have even been ok if the order was just made incorrectly, but what I got was inedible. It sounds like this particular location needs some assistance. Do better.

This HAS to be the WORST Chipotle location! We are VERY lucky to live near multiple Chipotles so we nvr have to go to this one again! This is the closest but will nvr go here again! EVERYTIME we order a pickup here, they ALWAYS forget items or the order is totally missing ingredients or missing full items! Always forget to ensure the order has Chips:( But this last pickup order takes the cake! Drove up 5mins before order was supposed to be ready with just 2 cars ahead of me. 1st car leaves and the next ended up being there over 30mins! I FINALLY get to the window and the window guy just walks away! Zero acknowledgement while 3 other guys are seen making orders. After sitting there for 15mins more, a guy asks about my order and couldn't find it bc they were SO far behind! He said he finally found it and walks away. 20mins more goes by and ANOTHER guy asks about my order and claims they are working it rt now! It's now over an HOUR later than pickup time! After waiting ANOTHER 15mins, another guy comes to the window asking me what was my order...like REALLY!!! If it wasn't PREPAID, I would've left a LONG time ago! After another 15mins, they FINALLY gave me my order! I asked the guy what took so long, he said someone ordered 50 extra burritos! Chipotle, WHY OH WHY would you put that order ahead of ALL the other orders before that person wanted 50 more burritos over their original order! Why not shutdown your whole place AND stop online orders as there were also a flood of people now waiting inside the place! Totally unbelievable and so so wrong!!! So do NOT EVER order from this location as it has NVR been a good experience and those they've hired could...

i normally don’t leave reviews but this experience bothered me a little bit and the situation could’ve been avoidable so that’s what’s making me leave one. i came inside and ordered a burrito with chips. after i paid for my stuff i walked away with my bag and looked in to see i didn’t get my chips. my sister placed an online order so i just decided to ask for a bag of chips at the window when i pulled around because it was busy inside and the cashier & another employee were focused on the register that was having some issues. i got to the window and said i had a mobile order and showed the lady my receipt of me ordering chips & simply told her i didn’t get them with my burrito and off the bat she was so rude. i showed her my bag with just the burrito in it and there were dozens of bags of chips by the window she could’ve just given me one and i would’ve been on my way. but she walked away and came back with another woman who was also rude & was telling her about the situation which isn’t even that serious!! they were telling me i had to come inside to pick up the mobile order and get my chips, which i cannot wrap my head around because the order is sitting on the shelf next to the drive thru window where it’s going to be picked up?? but either way i came inside again to see the first woman i talked to talking to one of the men at the register about it, i told him what happened and he gave me my chips and mobile order.. thats all she had to do. i don’t even understand why she made it...
