Literally one of the worst experiences… I had placed an order online before getting off work and when I got to the store to pick up my order the girl who was in the front did not even care to greet me as I stood waiting on the pick up side. She did not even care to acknowledge me at all. She gave some guy who was there a cookie and when the guy walked away she turned around went to the back and started eating cookies from the back while I was still standing there. At first I didn’t have a problem because I thought she was probably going back there to get something and come back but she then started doing other things around the area. It wasn’t until new customers walked in that she walked to the front and even then I had to get her attention to get my order. When I gave her the name of my order she mentioned my order would have 2 replacements because they did not have / id the cookies I had ordered but I would think my order would be ready by the time I picked it up. She then gets a new box and starts throwing my cookies in the box WHILE I’m watching her do so… If I hadn’t paid for them beforehand I would’ve definitely walked out of the store. DO NOT ORDER FROM CRUMBL (Legacy and Independence) Plano This location does not even deserve 0.5 stars. It was my daughter’s birthday. I placed an order through the app for 9:30 PM. I placed this order at 12:39 PM. 10:04 still no cookies. I called the store, some “manager” named Saturn said oh I’m sorry, I don’t know what went wrong but the driver that was assigned to deliver your order only delivers in the morning. What??? Oh, and we close in 4 minutes so I really can’t do anything for you. I asked for her supervisor’s name. She could not even provide me with the correct spelling, only his name was Daniel. Well, Daniel needs to do better to train his staff, especially those in management positions. What a let down! If it weren’t for a special occasion, I might let it slide, but NO not today!
