I gave 3 stars as a middle ground. Not happy with the experience, but I don’t feel ripped off or cheated, just walked away so so.

I bought a used refrigerator at a good price. I’ll lead with that. Once I got it home though, it tripped every breaker we plugged it into. GFI and non-GFI plugs. we even had a new stand alone outlet and breaker added am that cost as much as the fridge.

I returned it and they attempted to repair but could not recreate the problem (probably the difference from a new house built to current codes and a breaker box on a 1920 commercial building). They did offer to exchange but I ended up paying for a 22foot and at the end of the day ended up with an 18 foot fridge. No refund for the difference.

Frustrating part was the older women that seemed to run the place was indifferent. Blamed our house, claiming it must be our electric system was set up wrong. The issue was the fridge was pulling to high a load for houses built to current code. I asked if I could get a refund and she said no, just a trade. I had concerns dragging about her fridge home, unloading it and maybe having to load and return it also. In the end they traded it for a newer model (2007 vs 2001) model in same low end top freezer style. New one was 3 cubic feet...

Bought a washer and dry miss matched set used. One month after having it, the washer stopped completing its cycle so we took it back he exchanged us for another one bc he didn't have the parts. 3 weeks later the cycle stopped completing on it. I call and tell the owner what it's doing. We washed a regular load of clothes and it didn't completely spin out. We had to put it on drain and spin. Then the next thing we washed was 2 regular sized pillows that go on the couch, and he laughs at me and tells me to bring it up there he will look at it. You want be getting our service no more. C&G is just on the edge of downtown Plant City. Family owned for over 40 years. The son of the original owners runs it now. My wife and I were looking for a used washer and dryer set, and found a great set, in wonderful condition. The price was more than fair. The owner was friendly and helpful, and even loaded them into our trailer. If you're looking for a washer and dryer, a fridge or whatever....
