Russell’s Western Wear — Local services in Plant City

I can’t speak for the in store experience but be very wary about ordering from this store’s website. We placed an order almost two weeks ago, received an order confirmation but never received any shipping notifications. When I called to follow up apparently that was also confusing because it took a few days to get connected to the person who could help me. I’m still not totally clear on what happened; I never got a straight answer. But from what I gathered, the website is not actually a website? Or it’s connected to a false website? I checked from several different places, including this page, and used the links to go to their website. I searched for the jeans and they are listed there. But in the end, I was told that my order was never received and that they don’t “have those jeans”.

I was told I would receive a refund for the order but have not seen it yet. The communication on this issue was not stellar either.

So, like I said. I can’t speak for shopping in the store but I would definitely not recommended using their online...

TERRIBLE customer service!!! I bought a pair of Justin's work boots for of course work and when I tried them on in the store they felt fine. Anyone who has bought new boots knows they are stiff and need to be broken in. I tried to wear them all week to see if they would break in or feel more comfortable but they only got worse. I showed the girls working there how the boots were digging into my ankles and the scabs they were leaving on me. The girl helping me calls I guess a manager and tells me there is nothing they can do because there is no defect with the boot. I said we can't exchange these for a different size or different brand? She replies "no sorry there is nothing we can do". I said " so now I'm out over 200 dollars for some boots that I can't physically wear? I told her before I left that I would never buy anything from there ever again and she quickly without any remorse said "ok" and acted like it was no big deal. So anyways I'm out a lot of money and they did nothing to...

Always a wonderful experience interacting with the great at Russell's. Started in Plant City looking for new work boots; found a great pair but they didn't have my size. One of the best things about Russell's is multiple location close to me. They called the Dover store and had them hold the boots cor me. So glad they did because it was the last pair in my size and wouldn't you know it, just as I arrived in Dover there was someone asking those boots in my size. They told him they were holding g a pair cor me and if I didn't show up then they could let him buy them. Was great to see the respect these young folks show their customers. I would recommend Russell's to anyone looming for top names in western wear and a place that treats you with respect. The people make it so comfortable. Thank you to all those who helped me out today and every time I've been to you stores. Definitely gets top...
