I want to thank the young man Adrian who took the time to listen to an older veterans jokes. He was very professional.Yes, sir, No , sir? I have always seen him there , working hard. I was a little depressed and he took the time to listen to me. I think his older manager Could learn something from Adrian. As I was talking to him, the manager called from inside interrupting me and then locked the door leaving me standing out there. Here's the thing. Grocery stores are incredibly competitive. I spend well over 500 dollars A month at that winn dixie. Generally, Walmart is cheaper, but I like the people that work there. They're always nice to me. Until tonight I never have had a complaint. So, mister winn dixie Manager, things like that Are noticeable. I guarantee your superiors would rather you let the young polite respectful future store manager to take the time to make an older man feel special. So now i'm a little embarrassed and it tainted Adrian's good effort. You knew I was talking to him. You called him and then locked him in. Everybody saw it, Yes, you are the boss. But not my boss and the whole time he was talking to me he was working. It's not like I was talking to him for 15 minutes. It was like thirty seconds. There are no stores anymore that are ok with your type of management. Good luck, Adrian....

I purchased eggs today which were marked as on sale but at the register scanned as the regular price. I had to go to customer service rather than having someone come to the register to correct it and unlike publix, I was credited the difference. When a price is scanned as incorrect at publix the customer gets that item at no cost and the adjustment is made at the register, not customer service.
I also don't understand how Winn-Dixie has gotten the reputation as less expensive than Publix. For basic such as orange juice and cottage cheese, Winn-Dixie is significantly more expensive.
I've tried Winn-Dixie but you keep missing the mark. When both Winn-Dixie and Publix are available options, I will now choose Publix...

I wish I could have gotten everyone's name but they went over and beyond to make sure all was perfect for my Moms Celebration of life. With my emotions and stress level of losing my mom, Staff from these DeptsĀ was very curtious, professional and the platters turned out great. I would like to express my appreciation & gratitude for the compassionate & greatĀ customer service that so many businesses lack these days. The event was on August 12th 2021. And I hope that Corporate gives them recognition for their great service. Thank You, God Bless ā¤Julie Higgins 2022- I found by shopping there recently that prices seem higher than usual.
